Error: Import Process Templates

Hello,

I got the following error, in web client, when I try to import a process template defined from Process Templates Management -> Import Template

"Error importing template: javax/mail/internet/MimeMultipart.<init>(Ljavax/activation/DataSource;)V"

Any idea? Suggestion?

Environment:
- WAS 7.0.0.7
- Jazz Team Server 1.0.0.2 iFix 1 (I20100302-1947)
- Rational Team Concert 2.0.0.2 iFix 1 (I20100302-1947)

Hi Jorge,

You could try to add sun mail.jar(version 1.3.2) in your classpath, and test it again.

btw: Could you provide any log information if it does not work?

Hi Kevin,
I get EXACTLY the same error as Jorge.
I have put "javamail-1.3.2.jar" in the classpath of Jetty, as suggested by you.
However,the problem still persists.

        When i am trying to import a template in ccm i get the error as "Error importing template: Failed to create a temporary file on the server. Could the disk be full?". How do i rectify it?

Environment:
Jazz Team Server 3.0.1.3
Rational Team Concert 3.0.1.3

Hi Yazhini,

Do you might check if you have sufficient diskspace on the temp directory in Windows by default it is C:/tmp or  /tmp.
