High Availability

I've seen the article on basic high availability of RTC, http://jazz.net/library/article/207. It provides the basics on how to setup and conduct a fail over. We have an environment where the web server, application server and database servers are separate and there is a standby server for each. Is there any information available regarding how to conduct a fail over in this type of configuration, other than what I can find in the Websphere and DB2 documentation?
