RTC and RQM Integration - "Go to Defects"
3 answers
When you have RTC integrated with RQM you should have multiple options available under the "Go To Defects" menu - one for local workitems, one for RTC, etc.
If you have the integration successfully configured then you may want to log out of RQM, clear your browser cache, then log back in. See if you have the additional options under that menu at that point.
Hope that helps.

The option in RQM "Go To Defects" .. when you have RTC integrated as the defect provider, should this be going out to and pulling up an RTC session that displays all defects or should it be opening the RQM "work item" page with no default defect query ran :?: :?: :?:

Is there a specific version that would trip this option .. rtc integration is enabled correctly, as it pulls up the rtc based defect form for us ... but we only see go to defects, or create defect on the navigator button menu
