Cannot Request Access for Cross-server communication

Hi,

I have followed all the steps contained in the RRC Help for integrating RRC with RQM (At least I believe I have followed all the steps):
- I have preapred both RRC and RQM for CALM Integrations (they are running in the same machine, with different host names)
- I have set up the Public URI in both servers
- I have removed existing Friends and Keys for both servers (with the exception that in RRC, there is another section called "Internal Friends List", which contains a record for its own RRC server. I think this is OK due to the fact that the Help only says that the "Server Friends List" needs to be cleared, which it is. It says nothing about the "Internal Friends List")

Now I am in the RRC server, trying to establish cross-server communication to the RQm server (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rpcmpose/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrc.help.doc/topics/tservertoserverestablish.html), but after I click the "Request Access", I get the following error message:
"An error occurred while requesting the root services document from server "https://rqm_local:9444/jazz/rootservices", where "rqm_local" is the hostname for the RQM server. When I try to configure the RQM server to cross-communicate to the RRC server, I get the same message, only pointing to the RRC hostname.

Does anybody have any idea?
Thank you in advance.

Not sure if there's anything related to the actual problem or not, but after I start the server, the tomcat command windows shows an error: "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Host Name may not be null".

Not sure why it's showing this error because I did specify the host name...
