Im trying to compile a java project through command line. Is it possible to request build through Dos-command line ?

Hi Kiran, my apologies for the delay in responding to this.

The command line interface for build operations is basically Ant. You can use the requestTeamBuild Ant task to request a build for a given build definition. For more info, see the Ant task reference in the RTC client's help.
