In some visual studio installations the "Source Control" and "My Repository Workspaces" are not listed under Project Area in Team Artifacts. I found a defect work item that covers this topic, but the defect item was closed without a fix.

The problem is that the SCM items are disabled when the Jazz SCM is not the current source control plug-in in visual studio. But for our visual studio users that is not comprehensible.  Is there a way to show the SCM items, even when the Jazz SCM is not the current source control plug-in?
