I am interested in the Jazz Requirements Component. I saw the article "Jazz Requirement Overview" but dit not find any implementation (I have succefully install the latest version of Team Concert)or other information about it.
It was an incubator project for a while but I believe they pulled it out for the beta 2. If you search through the forum you'll find a thread to that effect.
