Jazz Platform and PTC from Windchill

I have seen that there is a relationship between IBM and PTC who make a PLM solution called Windchill. There is apparently an integration between this and ClearCase, but diagram show an integration through the Websphere Service Bus to Jazz too. Does anyone know anything about this ?
