Exclude users when displaying a sprint plan

When opening up a sprint plan, it is possible to exclude certain parts of the plan using the sidebars "Exclude" options.
Is there an Eclipse extension point or similar that can be used to add another filter option to that editor?

I want to be able to see only certain team members. Lets say there are the users X, Y and Z in that team, but i want to filter out so that only X and Y are visible in the plan.

We are using 2.0.0.2 iFix1.

Agreed. I would like to exclude a user dedicated for doing builds, for example.

There is an enhancement request for this (work item 43787).
It is not currently scheduled.

One common workaround is to use the "exclude empty groups" option (not
useful in all cases, but often gets you close to what you want).

Cheers,
Geoff

garymu,
yes exactly build user, and a few other would be nice to be able to have in the team but still visually exclude sometimes.

gmclemm,
Yes that is one option i currently use, but as you point out it doesn't remove all "unwanted" users.
