Autogenerated mailing feature in RQM

Hi,
In Lab Management feature of RQM,I have created some request for a resourse.I want to know is there any way to send a autogenerated mail to the administrator from RQM so that the mail will give him the details of my request.Similarly,after the administrator fulfils the request, I need to get a autogenerated mail to intimate me that the request was fulfilled.

Anyone pls let me know if something like that exists in RQM. If not pls suggest me some workarounds for this
