I'm trying to add platforms to my test plan in the test environment section. I'm in the platform coverage tab and click on the 'pencil', but no pop-up window comes up. I tried FF 3.5.8 and IE 8. My popup blocker is disabled. Do I need special authority?

Hi Randy,

Does your team use roles? If so, there are some permissions that could have been set which would explain that behavior. Admin > Jazz Project Administration > Click on your project area. Then click on the permissions tab and in the Configuration dialog select the 'Project Configuration' option. On your right side, you will see a list of roles and what permissions each has. Make sure your role has permission to 'Generate TER and Test environments'. You can find that under the RQM tree item.
