Fetching iteration parameter on reports

Hi,

I have a cascading parameter set from Live_Workitem_count table where i am fetching Iteration Id on the basis of Project area name selected in the first list box.

I am not getting all the iterations created.Is this fetching based on some criteria?

You'll only see the iterations for which there are work items planned.
