Unable to Set Parent for a new Work Item

Hi

I'm using RTC for System z V2.0.0.1

Summary:
I'm creating a new work item (say, a User Story) and trying to associate with a parent work item (say, an Epic) via the "Set Parent..." option found under the Links tab for the work item. However, I find that not all work items are listed in the dialog as expected, regardless of whatever settings I try. It also seems that if I close and reopen the dialog, I get a different selection of possible work items to set as the parent (though often not the one I'm after, of course!). Was wondering if this is a bug though or I'm missing a setting?

Steps to recreate:
Assuming that I'm creating a User Story that I want to associate with an Epic as it's parent and the Epic has already been defined.
1) Under the Team Artifacts view, choose to create New => Work Item...
2) Select a User Story and fill in all the details needed under the Overview tab
3) Under the Links tab, choose "Set Parent..." from the Add Link menu
4) The dialog that appear should list all Epic's for this project but I find that the results that appear are inconsistent and incomplete.

Workarounds:
I can associate an item with something else through drag and dropping OK

Thanks
Chris

The dialog shows the history of recently opened work items after it was
opened. This list is different every time you open the dialog.

To find the Epic that you are looking for, enter some text that appears
anywhere in the Epic and the dialog will query for workitems containing
this text on the repository. In 2.0.0.2, you can also limit the search
to Epics by selecting the respective drop-down.

If you happen to know the ID of an Epic, you can enter that as well.
