Integration with HP Service Manager

Hello,
a customer of ours is asking if there is an integration between RQM and HP Service Manager.

I found out that "HP Quality center synchronizer" is able to synchronize items (defect, requirement, problems) between HP Quality Center and HP Service Manager.

How to import/export items between RQM and HP Service Manager?
