I'm wondering if someone has already considered / analized / implemented the integration between RTC WI and MS Project or Enterprise Project Manager tasks.

Rational Project Composer (RPC) has an integration with MS Project, which might be improved in its next release via the use of the RTC Item Interoperation Framework.

For RTC 3.0, there are plans to implement an RTC Project importer (see
