how to delete milestones

I delete some milestones ,but they can be displayed.
I hope they can't be displayed .how to do?

I mean they can't be displayed on overview view of project area.

On the Overview page of the Project Area editor, within the Process
Iterations section you can filter the tree to display archived milestones.

In the toolbar of the Iterations section, the filter action is the first
button on the left.

I have another question.
In process iteration setion of project area overview tab,
My project have a following milestone:
trixxxx
M1FEP1
M2FEP2
M3FEP3
3.0.0.0
3.0.1.0
PASS1
PASS2(blue)
GMV


but in plan item (work item) record ,PASS1/PASS2/GMV can't be displayed in "planed for".

I assume "trixxxx" is the development line? In Beta2 we only allow the first two levels of iterations for Planned For, this will become configurable with 0.6M5 where you can decide for each iteration if it should be available for the Planned For field of work items.
