Lam managment and Permission Issue.

I am doing an overview of RQM for my company. I have few configuration problems in my evaluation:
1. After I create a user granting him jazzUser (Resiporitary Permission) and Rational Quality Manager- Test Lab Manager (Client Access License).
Assigning the user in a project area.
Log out from the the JazzAdmin account.
Sign In with the new user (RQM-LTM) account, it does not sign me in RQM.
2. In the Permission Tab in Project (either Project or Team Area using JazzAdmin account), I am limiting the roles limits but could not experience its impact. E.g
I am not allowing the tester role to save a test case in the Project. But when I am logging in as a Tester, and saving a test case, It is able to save the test case.

1. I'm not sure if you did this, but you need to make sure that the user has a Quality Manager CAL. The Lab Manager CAL is an additional one for access to lab management functionality.
2. By default all roles have full access to all functions. You can limit this by going to the project administration page. On the permissions tab you limit the permitted actions by unchecking them for the project configuration.
