RQM CopyUtil - RestException 403

Hello,

I am getting the following error for some users using the copyUtil to create a copy of a testSuite:

com.ibm.rqm.ct.util.Logger logError
SEVERE: General REST Exception: RestException executing: GET, RC: 403, message: Error 403: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 403

The command used is

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -jar RQMCopyUtil.jar -s=https://bhx002.pok.ibm.com:9444/jazz/secure/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/BH+Global+Template -us=joedoe@us.ibm.com -pws=Pass1234 -a=testsuite -id=urn:com.ibm.rqm:testsuite:123 -l=importlog.txt -nr

Some of the users are affected by this and some are not. I was under impression that this is a permissions issue. However users affected by this error have the right to create Test Suites in the specified project are. Are there any other permissions needed for the copyUtil to work?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
You are getting the 403 performing a GET, so that would be when you are reading the resources from the "source" project area.
Make sure that the user is a member of the source project area in addition to the destination project area.
Hope that helps.
