Officially, RTC does not support RHEL 5.4. However when we apply patches that are mandated for security our RHEL server is updated to 5.4 from 5.3. Are there any potential issues with this upgrade?

Will the Jazz team support us with this configuration.

Yes this should be fine. We don't know of any issues with 5.4.
