Load Bar across multiple Iterations

Michael Walker (99215201157) | asked Jan 20 '10, 2:40 p.m.
Developers in our organization have some overlap between iterations. For example, in the beginning of the Iteration they're doing a lot of Development work, and near the end it's more defect fixing. But at the same time they're working on the Defects, they're also starting Development efforts on the next Iteration with their extra time.

The Load Bar doesn't seem to account for tasks under multiple iterations in the same Timeline. If a Developer has 100 hours available in one iteration and 100 hours in the next iteration, it doesn't take into account other tasks they have in the Timeline when figuring out their Load.

Is this possible to do? I'd imagine other teams have this issue as well.

Right, currently load is computed on a single iteration only. Pls file
an enhancement request if you wish to include work items from multiple
iterations. As a workaround you could have multiple team load sections,
each configured for a different iteration
