Need help for Reports

Hi Lan,

For Team Concert 1.0, the focus of the Reports team has been on the
consumability of pre-designed reports, rather than on the authoring of
new reports. So creating new reports isn't something that we currently
recommend for most users. We'll be working on improving the path for new
reports after 1.0.

If you're still interested in tackling a new report, however, I would
recommend a healthy background in the use of the BIRT report designer,
as that is the technology that we use to create reports today.

1. If there is a report that we ship as an example which is *close* to
what you want it may be worth your while to try to modify that instead
of creating a new one from scratch.

2. There is documentation on our wiki which describes creating a simple
work items report from scratch. It presumes that you're installed BIRT
and DTP into your Team Concert client. You can find it here:
