CRRTC4523E error with ClearQuest connector..
I'm running the latest GA ClearQuest Connector with RTC 2.0.0.2 and ClearQuest 7.1.1 on a Windows 2003 server. In setting up a sandbox ClearQuest connector and starting the gateway, the cqgateway log shows the following error...
The UCM Project record and the RTC Project are both named Sample_CQ_RTC_Connector and the id 33554517 in the error above matches the ClearQuest record id for the UCM Project in the user database. This error seems to be stopping any further record syncs. I've created an additional UCM Project and it is not being sync'd to RTC.
Could this be caused by the fact that the RTC project already existed prior to stating the gateway? How can I correct this apparent mismatch?
