Links from ETM not visible from DNG

Hi! 


Both DNG (RM) and ETM (QM) projects are have Global configs enabled
OSLC rich hover works for the link from ETM side
The server was originally setup without LQE and JRS, but now it has both

But the links from the test cases in ETM are not visible in the requirements in DNG

Ideas?

Extra note: there is a GC set up with local contributions from both (in case it's not clear from the fact that OSLC rich hover already works)

For <7.1, DOORS Next will discover these links by query to LDX - is that installed and up-to-date? For >=7.1 the functions of LDX can be combined into LQE, so same question for LQE.
