We have 3 reviewer roles i.e Approver , Review and Optional reviewer which we use when we review the Module artifacts assigned for the review and these are system-defined which cannot be edited.
It wasn't clear what you were referring to. These are known as Participant Types used in formal reviews in DNG and, you're correct, they cannot be modified or customised.
