Is it true that for EWM administration (configuration), only the Eclipse client supports ALL configuration functions/options (and not the web)?

With respect to the question, my 2 cents: The reality is more complicated. You can do most of the configuration using the admin Web UI. There are things you can only do in the web UI e.g. Configuration Management. There are some things you can only do in the Eclipse Admin UI e.g. attribute customization.
