Hi Gary,

That report (Open Work Items by Type) should be process-independent -
that is, it should handle all work item types that you have. For
example, you can go to the web UI on jazz.net and see that it picks up
all of our work item types (for example, Story, Defect, Plan Item,
Enhancement, and Task).

Could you open a work item in the Reports component so we can help you
diagnose this? In this defect could you please list all of your work
item types, as well as verify that you have at least one work item of
each of these types?
