Hi Team,


We are developing a server side plugin, following the lab pdf. We have created the project area explicitly, didnt follow the step for creating the Project Area in the lab code.

On developing the server side advisor, the Project Area template is not listing the Server side advisor.

How to link the Project Area and locally developed server side plugin ?

This question does not make any sense to me. You can 

  1. Follow the extensions workshop as it is, understand the concepts and then get adventurous and try your own steps.
  2. Don't follow the extensions workshop and be on your own.
It is unclear what project area you refer to. In the debug server or in the development server? Which step?

During development, an extension has nothing to do with a project area template. Read https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/SetupProjects and understand what templates do.

If you created an arbitrary project area in the debug server, you have to configure the process to use the extension.

If you want more help, be more specific, what you try to do/step etc.
