ELM ETM Test case unique name update failed while update in PUT request
While updating a test case using OSLC config for a test case it fails as same name test case already exist as in project properties test case uniqueness constraint is applied
But while reconcile operation is unique name for a test case is found it assigns (1) or similar to a test case and the operation continues.
Is there a similar mechanism while trying to update a Test case using the API PUT request to append the name with extra characters
