Please note, that for EWM/RTC/JTS, you have to create a server extension that needs to be deployed on the server. 

AFAIK you can also try to develop an open social gadget, that you can then deploy. There is a documentation for how to do that (not an IBM description). For Doors Next there is a way to manage a registry. Maybe https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2016/03/02/alien-skies-peeking-into-doors-next-extensibility/ is a good entry point  for that.
