This is a public forum. This is not your environment administration team. If you need access to systems in your organization, reach out to your organization, your peers, your internal support, to get your questions answered.
I will close this question as Off topic. if anyone thinks it should be, could be answered here, let me know and I will reopen it.

I don't think that it is related to the environment administration team, I just wanted to create a VM for training and the link (Remote Desktop Connection provided in the interface) doesn't work, so I've asked if anyone had the same issue
This web site does not, for all I know, provide any services to create VM's for training. I can not see the reason why you would ask this question in this forum. If there is any reason this question should be asked here, refine your question that it is clear what yo try to do on this web site, why you do this, where on this site you try to do this. the question you asked does not provide any context and can not be answered here, for all I know.
I have already spend more time in explaining why this does not belong here than I should and wrote three times as many words than the question has.
The question does not contain any information with respect to this site, the forum, and is basically not actionable. It will stay closed unless the question if a lot more clear, specific, actionable and has a clear relationship to this site and the forum.
