Is there another way to fetch ALM DNG data?

I'm using this endpoint: https://<alm.server.com>/<dngContext>/publish/text?projectURI=<projectUri>&oslc_config.context=<gcUri> . However, there's an issue with this endpoint. For some reason, it no longer returns Link attributes attached to the artifacts, as it used to before.
