 Is there any work around as these testcase id's are used in my code and i cant change the code arrangement's for the test case id's

As far as I am aware, the ID's are assigned and maintained by the system. This is as designed. What would work around mean in this context? If you consume data from a system, you need to adjust to how the data is.
