RQM Excel Import utility is unable to connect IBM SaaS QM from home network but the same is working in Office n/w.
we are using RQM 6.0.6.1 utility, also tried 6.0.6 and 7.00 RC3. all has the same issue.
we also tried with VPN and without VPN to connect to IBM SaaS cloud qm (v6.0.6.1).
appreciate if you have any suggestion.

This is mostly related to firewall access configured for your VPN, could you please check -
