Hi,
I've searched the forum and so far haven't had any luck trying to figure this one out. It doesn't seem that it should be that difficult. I want for people to be notified when they are marked as a reviewer/approver for a work item. Is this possible? I know about feeds/queries, but basically, I want people to be notified via an email when an approval/review is created for them.

Dave,

I looked into the mail configuration for a user. You can go there for instance in the web from the user admin page or in the Eclipse client double clicking a user.

With respect to approvals what one can do is check "Email me for approval changes that affect me". My assumption is that should do what you want if e-mail is enabled.
