CCM 702: Extesion example for custom email notification

 Hello, 

I wonder if someone has a template created by using Extension Server SDK, I notice the bet approach will be having a web server end-point to receive of all data of the Work Item and have external process to send the email?  unless there is a better approach.

The E-mail related APIs would be the same for other approaches such as running it in a follow up action as example.
