Install RTC 2.0.0.1 client using already installed IBM IM

Installation Manager one. For example, for standard edition on Windows
this one:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.1/RTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.1-Win32-Local.zip

It doesn't matter if you have already installed an Installation Manager.
The installer will detect your already installed version and will reuse
it if it is not needed an upgrade.
