How to Manage test artifacts creation in different stream within same component in ETM

Hello,

My project area setup is as below

Project Area(under this one component)

Now my usecase is to restrict user to create test case,test script in Stream_execution

Problem is permission and precondition are handled at project area level but is there any solution to my usecase?
