Please let me know if there is w way I can remove a Work Item from RTC (web client) list under "Create Work Item" so that no is able to view it except for Admins.

You ask for removing a work item type from view (and not a work item as suggested in the question).
I am not aware of a feature to hide a work item type. You can archive/delete a work item type.

The concept of Admins is unclear and does not make sense in this context. There are certain concepts such as JazzAdmin or JazzProjectAdmin repository role. These have no impact on the UI, except the first one allows to see all data, even data that would otherwise be hidden.

You can use roles in the project area to allow/prevent creating/modifying work items of a specific type.
