You cam use Excel or CSV imports to perform bulk updates.
You can also select multiple requirements and perform bulk edits in the UI - this can be done up to 200 at a time directly in the UI, or you can create a View that selects all relevant requirements and do a bulk edit of attributes via the View. This will let you edit 1000's of artefacts at the same time
