Upgraded to 2.0.0.1 but now can't access server via port 908

Hi, I recently upgraded from 2.0 to 2.0.0.1 using the installer. After upgrading it left me some work to do to migrate the tomcat configuration files myself compared to the backup copies it made before the upgrade. I've tried bringing over those changes and have it mostly working, but have one issue I can't seem to get by.

I prefer to use port 9080 over https:9443 since I'm using this behind my firewall and just for my own use. I had this working before by turning off the redirect option, but it's no longer working. When I try to access the web client by this kind of url: http://<myserver>:9080/jazz/web/projects/ it just shows the faint "Loading..." message forever. Also trying to connect via the RTC client fails when using port 9080.

I am hoping that someone can give me some pointers as to what config file settings I'll need to change.

I got brave and just copied all the files over from the backup and it seems to be working. I must have missed something key when I was manually adjusting files. I just hope nothing big changed between 2.0 and 2.0.0.1 that I just removed :-)
