[closed] In RTC work item, is there a way to require all boxes in a checklist to be checked before allowing the work item to save to a specific state?

 We have a work item with a checklist attribute. This check list must all be completed before we move the work item to the validated state. Is there a way to require all of those boxes to be checked before saving to the new state?
