How do I retrieve archived code?

Rose Sundermeyer (81) | asked Aug 02 '21, 8:01 a.m.

My project is very small and we were a subset of a larger product that went EOL / EOS.

That larger project has now been archived, and we can no longer  access our code.

Archived project area:  IBM Systems Director.archive

Team which should not have been archived:

Details
Summary:
Electronic Service Agent
Description:
Call home functionality imbedded by IBM Systems Director and other call home applications.

Is this project hosted by IBM (e.g. on Bluemix or on Saas)?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER

This is a public form with customers from all overt the world looking at it. This is not a forum that can solve local organizational issues.

If you are able to access the server, try to talk to the administrators of that system and ask them to unarchive the project are<a so you can extract the code into another project area.
