Printing Relations details through RPE via Rhapsody Datasource

I am trying to generate report through RPE with Rhapsody data source.

Requirement)

We are trying print requirements relation data in a table through RPE

Rhapsody project under requirements relations tab contains Name Type
Direction and From/To

Among this we would like to print name present in relations tab without
path details(instead of full pathname)

For your reference following table is expected output:

Sl No. Requirement Operation
1 UC-002.R1 a11
Operation_0()
2 UC-002.R2 a12

Have you tried looking at provided sample templates https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elo-p/7.0.2?topic=samples-sample-templates? They should give you starting point.

I had looked in the provided sample template but we did not get any info.
