Error Loading Dashboard for a user.

User can log on to RQM but gets an error while loading the dashboard :

Error Message:
The dashboard requested can not be found.

User is using FireFox version 3.0.15

All other users seem to be able to load the dashboard with no problems.
Can anyone help with this issue?

I found my own mistake...

Someone had made given them Guest Access to RQM/Project AREA..

I added the user in the JazzUser group and it worked fine !!
