Test Case design issue (RQM patch for 2.0.0.1)

RQM version - 2.0.0.1
Browser - IE7

We applied the RQM 2.0.0.1 patch this morning and started facing few issues since then.

Below are three initial problems we face. Any solutions / suggestions or are these already identified as defects?

Problem 1
On appending data in Test Case Design section by typing in additional information and when clicked on 'Undo' button, all previous data disappears. This happens using both the Ctrl-Z short cut and the icon on the design screen toolbar.

Recreating this problem:
1. Open Test case design screen for an existing test case.
2. Type in some data.
3. Click the 'undo' icon or Ctrl-Z.
4. View the screen.

Actual Results:
All data disappears from the design screen. I can no longer update the section. If I cancel the transaction without saving, the original data is intact.

Problem 2
After appending multiple lines using copy/paste in the design screen, the pasted data is replicated again when "Undo" is selected.

Recreating this problem:
1. Open Test case design screen for any test case that contains some previous data.
2. Copy/Paste the data in the appendix below (taken from a PDF) into the design screen.
3. Remove some lines (highlight the line and hit the delete button).
4. Click on the 'undo' icon or Ctrl-Z.
5. View the screen

Actual Results:
The data replicates. It does not undo.

Appendix: Data to be copied
1. Actor searches for policy .

2. Actor selects policy .

3. Actor requests transaction type Pending Cancellation.

4. Actor captures the appropriate cancellation details (e.g. cancellation type and cancellation reason

Problem 3
We see this intermittent problem where sometimes when we go to the Test Case design section and click on "Edit", the section freezes and we are unable to put in any data. Other sections work okay. At this point, we log out of RQM and re-login to proceed.
