New user created in Active Directory. But it is not imported in CLM.

What is the REST call to synch JTS with LDAP.

I am aware of the manual procedure, where we click a button in JTS/admin.

You may not find a direct REST API

but

if you intend to look at an alternate to force the user sync with LDAP, you may use repotools syncusers command.

Here is the link to the command help :

Is it this call:

Noticed this POST call in the Web Console of Firefox when selecting "Synchronize Jazz Team Server Users With External User Registry" link from JTS/admin.

Manually launching "Synchronize" also does not work in my local installation.

Launch the above URL in the browser results to error: Error 400: CRJAZ1175I Unable to get method info from service call.

I remember having done JTS Synch from a REST call in version 3.0.x.
