export work items with attachments

How to export Work Item attachments, I can see the attribute called Attachments under export Work Items wizard, I am using but still not able to export the attachments

https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2019/07/03/work-item-command-line-5-0/ allows to do it. The out of the box export does not.
