This is a hard question to answer without more specifics of the type of
integration you are looking for. Off hand I would say yes since both the
RQM and SVN clients are Eclipse based. However, if you are looking for
deeper integration, the answer may be different.

Michael,

We are planning that if developer fix any defect, they can share with the rest of the team which section of the code had that defect. This will help everyone in the team. This is the main reason behind my question.

There is integration between SVN and RTC work items such that you can
link a work item to a particular SVN revision. Is that the type of
integration you are looking for?
