Which snapshot/table holds RQM test case state definitions

I am trying to build a BIRT report of RQM (5.0.1) test cases showing their states (among other columns). While I found most of what I'm looking for in the LIVE_TEST_CASE table of the PLANNING_SNAPSHOT, I need the definitions (id, name) of the test case states, since the TESTCASE_STATE column of the LIVE_TEST_CASE table contains only the state id. I could not find which snapshot/table holds that id-name mapping (similar to the mapping in the LIVE_EXEC_STATE table for the execution states).

Your help will be much appreciated.

Check TESTCASE_WORKFLOW_STATES, you could use WORKFLOW_STATE_ID and WORKFLOW_STATE_NAME.

Actually I did check that table before but it is empty! I checked it on several servers. The admins team confirmed that the data collection tasks are running, but that table (and several others) are always empty.
