I saw this question and I guess it was answered two years ago.

Is this still the case?
I need to fetch some data from SCM (may be something like workspace name, stream etc) from node.js code. Does OSLC REST API support SCM?

I could pull Work Item data using OSLC API from node, but looks like SCM is not supported.

Does someone have a definitive answer?

Any suggestions on how I can pull these data from SCM in node.js code?
